Returns or exchange claims must be made via email to: sales@amorebellacandles.com within 5 days of item being received or delivered. If you find that one of our candles is just not right for you, no problem! We accept exchanges and returns for unlit, unused candles. Please ship them back to us at our address:

Make sure to include your name and order number. For exchanges, please let us know which item(s) you would like. If your item is unused, you can return it for a refund or exchange.  If the return is at your request (no longer needed) we require you to ship the item(s) back to us at your expense. Once received, you will be credited the amount of your order less the original shipping charge. You will also be responsible for shipping costs for both your return and/or your exchange.

Please note: We are not able to accept returns on partially used items (lit candles, etc). We also do not accept returns on gift boxes or baskets due to health and safety concerns as these items contain gourmet products and/or cosmetics. Thank you for your understanding!
