The inner pouch is filled with organic flax seeds, lavender, and sage essential oils. Mildly scented for a relaxing escape and aromatherapy therapeutic session. Lavender is known for calming and therapeutic properties. Sage is known for enhancing mental clarity and promoting emotional balance.
